what's included?
We provide support without judging, criticizing, guilting, or shaming, and work to remove all these negative emotions in clients’ perceptions of diet and their bodies.
We facilitate the process of restructuring thought patterns and habits so that healthy changes come from within and are sustainable and long term without the overuse of willpower. This is done personally with each client and is tailored to their exact situations.
We mentor and lead clients towards a healthier lifestyle by encouraging a whole body, whole life approach to weight management with an eye on long term health goals and aging well. We also always want to encourage body mind connection and healing thought distortions.
Some specific ways that we achieve success:

Initial meeting or meetings to set goals and come up with initial plan.

Calculate specific caloric needs as well as energy expenditure, and educate clients on their own personal needs.

Have regular daily or weekly check-ins, accountability, text and/or phone call support.

Available for as-needed meetings to touch base, encourage, tweak, etc.

Provide adjustments and recalibrations as clients learn what is or is not working for them, and work to create a personalized plan that is tailored to the client’s personality, time and life constraints, and body.
