Breakfast 

Never skip breakfast! Breakfast is a fabulous meal to knock out a chunk of your protein goals for the day! Not to mention, it fuels you for the day, for your workout (if you're a morning gym guy or gal), it improves concentration and balances blood sugar, and studies show eating breakfast helps with weight management.
